At Level Pool Supply, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Refunds Items that are opened, damaged, or used are subject to a restocking fee of 50% of the product price. Slightly used items returned within 30 days are also eligible for a return and may be subject to a restocking fee of 50% of the product price.
All returned items must include original serial numbers (if applicable) to match our records. Defective items are eligible for a return regardless of whether the package has been opened. Please ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage during the return process.
2. Timeframe for Refund Requests Refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
3. Condition of Returned Items To qualify for a refund, items must meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.
4. How to Request a Refund To request a refund, please contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return.
5. Refund Method Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3 days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

8. Exchanges We do not offer exchanges.
9. Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled if we are notified before they are shipped. Due to fast processing times, cancellation is not guaranteed.
