1. Shipping Destinations We currently ship within the continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories/islands.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers We use the following trusted carriers to deliver your orders:

- FedEx
- UPS
Carrier selection is based on the best available service for your order.
3. Shipping Costs We offer free shipping on all items.
4. Processing Time Orders are processed within 1 business day before shipment.
5. Estimated Delivery Time Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–6 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.
6. Tracking Information Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.
7. International Shipping We do not offer international shipping at this time.
8. Shipping Restrictions We do not ship to:
- P.O. Boxes
- APO/FPO addresses
9. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments If your shipment is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date to initiate a claim.
Returns & Refunds
At Level Pool Supply, we are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Return Guidelines
- Returns: Unused, unopened, and slightly used items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
- Defective Items: Defective items are eligible for a return regardless of whether the package has been opened.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 50% of the product price applies to opened, damaged, or used items.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and return labels.
- Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges.
- Serial Numbers: All returns must include original serial numbers (if applicable). We reserve the right to refuse returns if serial numbers do not match our records or have been tampered with or removed.
- Return Abuse/Scams: We take return abuse and fraud seriously. Repeated or suspicious return activity may result in denial of future returns and further action if necessary.
